Privacy policy

This page explains what we collect when you contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, the town you live in, and what you tell us about the rooms. If you text photos, we receive them through your own phone's messages.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to write a plan, and to call before a visit. If a family member arranges a visit for you, we also keep their name and number so we can reach them.

Who sees it

The people at the firm who write and schedule your plan. We don't sell your details or share them for advertising. We share them only with the people who work on your home.

How long we keep it

While a plan is active and for the time the law requires for business records. Ask us to delete what we can and we'll tell you what we have to keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by phone or by email.
